Integrate Business, Inc.
Verónica Figoli
Multicultural Strategist
Verónica is the Principal of Integrate Business, Inc., a multicultural consulting practice based in Denver. She has the rare combination of understanding pure Latin markets (i.e. South America, Central America) and U.S. Hispanic markets, each having their own unique set of requirements and cultural nuances. On numerous occasions, she has been called upon to serve as a liaison to manage and facilitate communication between top corporations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the United States.
She began her career in Caracas, Venezuela, as an internal consultant for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) where she led efforts in redesigning the organization’s fundraising program, and she developed an awareness campaign to increase the public perception of the agency countrywide. Since moving to the United States, Verónica has provided strategic multicultural counsel to her employers and clients, including the Cartoon Network Interactive and Turner Network Television Latin America, PinnacleCare, and Albertson’s (SuperValu), as well as several companies in Denver, CO, including Comcast Cable Latino, Denver Metropolitan Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and Metropolitan State College.
Her work includes conducting ethnography research studies in major Hispanic cities for one of the top five U.S. financial banking institutions, and branding and marketing efforts for the largest portfolio of lifestyle shopping centers in Puerto Rico. Verónica also was part of the leadership team for The Americas Roundtable of the Biennial of the Americas 2010. This initiative of the City of Denver serves to promote more cohesion and collaboration among the 35 countries of the Western Hemisphere.
Verónica educates clients that “reaching out” to the Latino market is more than just writing advertisements in Spanish; it’s about committing to the community and its diverse needs. That same passion transcends into her community involvement. She sits on the board of trustees and is the chair of the Diversity and Marketing Committee for 9Health Fair. She is an alumnus of the Leadership Denver Class of 2008 of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and Legacy Denver 2010. She is also part of the Denver 2010 Census Complete Count Committee. She is a Board of Trustees of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado. She was named one of the Denver Business Journal’s Forty under 40 for 2010.
